MIO refund

How do I go about getting a refund for this device? I have tried every configuration and loaded the new drivers, to no avail. None of my devices show up. It's been months since I purchased the device, so no in store refund. By the way, the new driver from the website bricks the device. It no longer appears in any software and even the driver don't recognize it. I have tried several devices with it to eliminate it being the device that's faulty. It's probably just a defective unit. Oh yeah one last thing. Yes I hooked up the in to the out.
