Conductive Labs NDLR not recognized by iCM4+

Hi, my new NDLR by Conductive Labs is not recognized over USB. It's class-compliant, 4 virtual ports. I've seen on the web that other users have no luck with this device and the MIO XL either. All advice would be appreciated! Thanks, Dirk
