iConfig doesn't seem to load on my Mac Mini

I've been trying to load the iConfig software on my Mac Mini to use with my iConnectivityMidi4.
After downloading the software, I can see the iConfig icon in the dock.
When I turn off the computer for the evening, I see a question mark in the dock when I turn my computer back on the next morning.

It is a .dmg file that's in the dock, so iConfig doesn't seem to be installing on my computer.
Is this normal behavior for this software?

  • What operating system are you using?
Also, when you go to the "about" section when iConfig is open, what version is stated?

Note that when you install newer versions if iConfig, you will need to replace the app icon in order to replace the old version. Sometimes users will have two versions and may actually be launching the older version, and of course you want to make sure you are using the latest firmware on your hardware with the latest version of iConfig.

Im sure you already found it, but for others:
(When connected to the internet, iConfig will also pull the latest firmware version for you.

Let me know how I can assist you further,
