  Maybe update your iOS to 9.2.1? Just tested my two iCA4+s with an iPad Pro and iconfig is working ok. I'll test an iPad Air 1 later.

  I understand that release notes are coming, but in general we'll list what's changed if it's anything that isn't minor or somewhat obscure.
  
  Meanwhile I'd suggest downloading the firmware file here: http://www.iconnectivity.com/support/downloads.
  
  Most likely your update didn't go smoothly, or you could just have a bad cable and it's a coincidence. If not, please contact support.

  I might be a newbie here, but how come new firmware is released but not published in supprt site? A support ticket should be filed for this to get answer?? Can someone explain how tis works in iConnectivity?.

  They're looking at a potential issue with it. Please don't freak out! This has been par for the course with software releases since the dawn of the digital revolution. Software is complicated and sometimes you find obscure issues that slipped through the cracks.
