Play Audio 12 with iConnectAudio4+

I am building a playback unto for stage with a Play Audio 12 which I have used many times for bands. This time I also need some audio inputs on stage. Can I use the Play Audio 12 with the Audio4+ on 2 laptops. Both laptops receiving audio from the Audio4+ and sending audio from the PlayAudio12
I really hope this is possible!

The AUDIO4+ will have live inputs on both computers at all times and the PA12 will switch between outputting from each computer as needed.
