Support responsiveness

Does anyone have an idea/experience of how long it takes support to respond to a support ticket logged?

Its been 4 working days and I've not heard a been. I have a return & refund window of 14days if this thing cannot be got to work.

    We're very sorry that you have had this experience. Our Canadian office was closed for a national holiday earlier this week, so you got caught out over the long weekend. I have personally made sure your problem gets expedited from here on in. Hopefully we can do better in future :-)
