Simple Newbie Power Supply Question

I opened my XM 10 to set up. The power supply is some kind of UK or HK plug. 
I CANNOT FIND ANY INX ON HOW TO CHANGE THE PHYSICALPLATES TO USA MAINS. Do I pry the the thing off? 
I am stupid, but where are the most basic setup inx?

Instructions in the set up files sure would help.
