Power goes off on Audio 4+ and Audio 4c

I own both an audio 4+ and an audio 4c.   On both pieces, if the barrel power input plug is pushed up just a little bit the power goes off.  I remedy this by taping the barrel plug wire down.  Any one else having this issue?  Any permanent fixes?
