Windows 11 Auracle new install doesn't detect new mioXM

Windows 11 Auracle new install doesn't detect new mioXM. I installed the Auracle driver and the mio divers from iConnect website., , mioXM received yesterday, all done fresh. Suggestions?

    Update: as there was a new usb driver in the period I installed Auracle which installs drivers, and the standalone usb drivers, which may have conflicted, I restored computer to earlier time, manually uninstalled driver, reinstalled standalone driver, rebooted, DevicerManager shows correct 5.50 driver working; at Support suggestion I also tried bypassing usb and connecting through LAN. Auracle still detects no devices.
