iConnectMIDI 2+ not showing up in Windows 11

I've got an iConnectMIDI 2+, and Win11 only recognizes the audio interface, no MIDI at all.  Can't even get iConfig to see it.  I've tried multiple cables, ports, to no avail.  Any ideas?
